During A8591, the military vessel MB-550, commanded by Officer Sol (formerly subject 6-61-3), deviated from its assigned course without authorization during a border patrol mission. The vessel terminated all communications and entered a nearby wormhole gate before standard protocols could be enacted. All contact and tracking capabilities have since been lost.
